Presence In Stress



In stressful situations the bottom line is this:

do I lose control - or am I able to stay present?

... and just as losing the control can happen within a second -

the change in perspective that brings us back to our presence

can happen in the same way, too.


Is that something one can learn? No.

Is that something one can practice to do? Yes.
